By now you have read the Project Overview and determined that your family meets the Eligibility Requirements and you are able to perform the Participants’ responsibilities for consideration in the program.

We have prepared a detailed Application form which you can access here or you may pick up a copy of the Application at the City of Buena Park Economic Development Department or the Buena Park Library. Included with the Application is a checklist of required documentation that will need to accompany the Application for it to be accepted and processed.
