Welcome to the RSI Buena Park 9. These single family homes by The New House are available to moderate income families in great neighborhoods in the City of Buena Park. We are excited to bring you this opportunity to purchase a newly constructed, highly energy-efficient home at a very affordable price.

There will be 9 lucky families who will call The New House home, and we want you to be one of them.  There are a few requirements that will establish your eligibility and the sooner you submit your application with the supporting documents, the better your chance of purchasing one of the nine available homes.  Once your eligibility has been established and accepted by the City of Buena Park, you will be able to select one of the available homes and enter into a purchase agreement to purchase it.

Here is how it works, in four easy steps:

Step 1. Check out the eligibility requirements for families to participate in the Lottery. We’ve summarized them, and Jesse Flores, the Participating Lender, will answer any of your questions. Please refer to the Official Documents for complete details and specific requirements for eligibility.

Step 2. Complete the Application available on this website or in printed form available at the City of Buena Park Economic Development Department or the Buena Park Library. Be sure to fill out all areas of the application completely and include all supporting documents so it can be promptly evaluated. Jesse Flores, the Participating Lender, will contact you regarding your family’s eligibility. Your eligibility cannot be determined unless all information requested in the Application and, in some cases, by the City of Buena Park is provided. Therefore, the order in which you may be approved may be different than the order in which applications have been received..

Step 3. Make an appointment to see the houses.  Houses will be shown by appointment only.

Step 4. Completed Loan Applications have to be submitted to the Participating Lender for the loan approval process. Homes have been completed and are ready for move-in.
